I placed a order for Garcinia Cambogia on the 07/01/2014.

I have to date not received any feedback or an email from them, they have however very conveniently taken out almost R1400.00 from my account. The numbers that they have goes to voicemail and the same message is repeated over and over again. They do not even have an email address so that we can email them. I so regret buying this online product, and think I have been scamed. If this is not the case then kindly contact me. I checked the system, there is no tracking number. My order number they provided is 334****. I have read reviews of so many unhappy people on he reviews.

Healthy Living Book Author Brown Faces Fraud Lawsuit

Bernard Brown, author of Healthy Living: Twelve Steps to Guaranteed Better Health, is due to stand trial for fraud and patent infringement for his past business dealings. While running a previous company called Posture Pal, Bernard Brown allowed the business to die and continued to sell the company products and not delivering any product while pocketing all the company money. Bernard Brown also received 21 complaints that were filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding his business practices at Posture Pal of taking peoples money while not delivering any product. Many complaints from doctors who purchased product from Posture Pal complained of being double charged and not receiving any product.

Healthy Living 12 Steps Auther Facing Fraud Lawsuit

Bernard Brown, author of Healthy Living 12 Steps to Guaranteed Better Health is facing a fraud lawsuit filed with the US District Court of Northern Texas from his handlings of his previous company, Posture Pal. Mr. Brown filed for a dismissal of the Fraud claim but the US Distrtict court of Northern Texas rejected the motion finding the argument was detailed enough to warrant the claim to proceed and will hear it among the patent infringement, breach of contract, interference of contractual relations and breach of fiduciary duty also filed against Bernard Brown. Brown was managing Posture Pal company and allowed the companies to become abandoned without notifying Chris Geisert, the inventor of the Posture Pal cushion and continued to sell the cushion for his own personal gain. Brown was warned with a patent infringement lawsuit and continued to sell the cushion. Geisert then added the fraud charges due to Bernard's Brown's actions of keeping all the company money. Brown now claims that Geisert was not part of the company even though Geisert was the inventor and was told by Brown that he was 51% owner of the company. While Brown was handling the Posture Pal company, 21 complaints have arisen from customers purchasing the product and never receiving it, getting a "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. Geisert sends Bernard Brown court documents but Brown refuses to receive the court documents and then claims to never receive them when the judge files an order.
